About GLAMP X Stay Minty

GLAMP X Stay Minty offers luxury glamping accommodations in private domes located at:

1053 Rocky Flats Road, Cosby, Tennessee 37722, United States

Our property features unique dome accommodations, private bathrooms, kitchens, outdoor fire pits, hot tubs at designated sites, and other amenities designed to provide a comfortable outdoor experience.

Reservations and Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Guests must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation.
The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into a booking agreement.
The reservation holder is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party comply with these Terms & Conditions and property rules.
Guests must select the correct dome type and provide the correct number of occupants.
Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times.
A reservation is considered confirmed once the required payment has been processed and booking confirmation has been issued.
Check-in and check-out times will be communicated through the booking confirmation or guest instructions.

GLAMP X Stay Minty reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations where inaccurate information, suspected fraud, or violations of these terms are identified, subject to applicable law.

Payment Terms

All booking payments must be made through the authorized payment methods provided during checkout.
Applicable taxes, fees, and additional charges will be disclosed during the booking process.
Guests are responsible for reviewing the total booking amount before completing payment.
Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment providers.
Additional charges may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, unauthorized occupancy, or violations of property rules, where permitted by law.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the type of reservation, promotional offer, booking platform, and rate selected.

Standard Reservations

The cancellation policy displayed during booking or included in your reservation confirmation will apply to your stay. Guests are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation deadline and refund conditions before completing their reservation.

Gift Cards and Promotional Packages

Gift card and promotional package purchases may be subject to separate terms, including restrictions on refunds, transfers, expiration, and cancellation.

Certain promotional packages may allow guests to reschedule their stay when cancellation or modification requests are made at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date, subject to the specific offer purchased.

No-Shows and Early Departures

Failure to arrive for a reservation or leaving before the scheduled departure date does not automatically entitle the guest to a refund.

Gift Cards

Guest Responsibilities and Property Rules

Keep the accommodation reasonably clean and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
Avoid excessive noise and disruptive behavior.
Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Supervise children and individuals requiring assistance at all times.
Report property damage, safety concerns, or maintenance issues promptly.
Avoid moving furniture or removing property items without permission.

Guests may be held responsible for damage, loss, or additional cleaning resulting from their actions or the actions of their party, subject to applicable law.

Hot Tubs and Outdoor Amenities

Certain domes feature private hot tubs and outdoor amenities.

Guests acknowledge that the use of hot tubs, fire pits, BBQ grills, decks, stairs, and outdoor facilities involves inherent risks.

Guests agree to:

Use all amenities responsibly and follow posted instructions.
Supervise children at all times around hot tubs and outdoor facilities.
Avoid using hot tubs while intoxicated.
Avoid using hot tubs if advised against doing so by a medical professional.
Keep glass containers away from hot tubs.
Avoid adding soaps, oils, bath salts, or other substances to hot tubs.
Replace hot tub covers after use.
Never stand, sit, or place excessive weight on hot tub covers.
Report any malfunction or safety concern immediately.

Hot tubs and other amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

Fire Pits and BBQ Grills

Outdoor fire pits and BBQ grills are available at designated locations.

Guests must:

Use fire pits and grills only in designated areas.
Follow all posted fire safety instructions and local fire restrictions.
Never leave an active fire unattended.
Keep children and pets away from flames and hot surfaces.
Extinguish fires completely before leaving the area or going to sleep.
Avoid using fire pits during burn bans or unsafe weather conditions.

Indoor fires, unauthorized open flames, fireworks, and activities that create a fire hazard are prohibited.

GLAMP X Stay Minty may restrict the use of fire pits or grills when necessary for safety or legal compliance.

Smoking, Pets, and Parties

Unless expressly authorized in writing or stated in your reservation terms:

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the domes.
Pets are not permitted without prior approval.
Parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized events are prohibited.
Additional visitors must comply with occupancy limits and property rules.
Illegal activities and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

Guests who violate these rules may be required to leave the property, subject to applicable law and the terms of their reservation.

Property Access and Maintenance

GLAMP X Stay Minty may enter or access an accommodation when reasonably necessary for:

Emergency situations.
Maintenance or repairs.
Safety inspections.
Addressing reported issues.
Preventing property damage.
Other lawful operational purposes.

Where reasonably possible, guests will be notified before non-emergency access.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the property and its amenities in good working condition. However, occasional maintenance issues or interruptions may occur.

Liability and Assumption of Risk

GLAMP X Stay Minty provides an outdoor accommodation experience in a natural environment.

Guests acknowledge that outdoor stays may involve risks, including uneven terrain, wildlife, insects, changing weather, fire, hot water, recreational activities, and the use of outdoor amenities.

Guests are responsible for exercising reasonable care and supervising members of their party.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GLAMP X Stay Minty shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or from a guest's failure to follow safety instructions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.

GLAMP X Stay Minty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items except where required by law.

Guests should secure valuables and contact us promptly if an item is lost or left behind.

All website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to GLAMP X Stay Minty or its respective rights holders.
